If I could give negative star I would. My husband and I established a small business for 5 years now. We decided to get a website domain with go daddy. It’s been 5 years since our initial website and recently our website was down and when I contacted go daddy I could not login to my account. When they sent a pin to recover my account I was not receiving the pin so I had to contact the recovery team and submit my name as well as my company EIN document to show we were the account holders and the legitimate business owners. Well that did not work. The team sent a correspondence and said I was not the person listed as the account holder for go daddy, which I don’t understand how when I in fact registered the domain 5 years ago, and I could do nothing else going forward except hire legal counsel to help with the matter. I would never recommend doing business with go daddy because they dropped the ball on us as a reliable domain service with quality service.

Go Daddy is a great source for our ministry all update website information

We have several businesses on Go Daddy and I needed to review the account and make sure the products lined up with our needs. Robert the representative took the time to review each account and make sure I understood my options. He was extremely helpful.

Kristine deserves a pay raise. She was patient and understanding of my requests. She handled everything like a professional. By the end of the call, all the updates I needed for my website were completed. This was by far my best experience.
