Disappointed. Spoke to a girl that seemed to have little understanding of the product, but she took my £100.00. She then claimed she would put me to her partners in the Sales team and evidently the said team were abroad. Annoyingly, once transferred, they were closed! (Why would the company transfer me to a centre that was closed?!). I don’t know what to do now. No doubt there will be a complicated time consuming way to navigate the site, to include but not limited to applying a million verification codes, i will be asked for codes l can’t find, and probably be asked to stand on one foot, and all that. Does anyone know of a good user friendly webpage design company?
