The customer service provided today by Dontranee was outstanding. She not only addressed my concern, she then enlightened me on other services that could help ease some of my frustrations. I had no idea Go Daddy have upgraded their systems so pristine that it stands out above my current service provider with much better pricing. They are truly now, my one stop shop. Thanks to Dontranee for lighting the load for this new business owner!

Joy [not 100% certain of the spelling] was beyond doubt the most helpful Go Daddy support person I have had since I opened the account about 6 years ago. Joy solved 3 complicated problems that the other support staff were not able to. My problems were resolved in the most pleasant and efficient manner without making me feel inadequate. If I were hiring... this would be the type of employee I would wish to represent my business. I am impressed by efficiency but even more impressed by a kind gentle manner.

Godaddy provides an easy to use interface to manage my web based products, domains and SSL certificates. I made an error today and purchased an SSL cert that I did not really need. Customer service resolved that for me quickly and conveniently.

I called in twice. The first time I spoke to a woman who was very hard to understand. She appeared to get aggravated with me because I had to ask her to repeat herself. She basically said to wait 24 hours and see if my problem fixed itself. It was the worst call I had ever had with Godaddy. The second call was with a man that was helpful but came up with a workaround to access my email from my mobile phone. Now I have to go to two different places to review my emails. Not the same Godaddy that I'm use to..
