The customer service provided today by Dontranee was outstanding. She not only addressed my concern, she then enlightened me on other services that could help ease some of my frustrations. I had no idea Go Daddy have upgraded their systems so pristine that it stands out above my current service provider with much better pricing. They are truly now, my one stop shop. Thanks to Dontranee for lighting the load for this new business owner!

Other than the long "on-hold" time, the experience was exceptional. Rep had all of my information, addressed the issue with clarity & resolved the issue. Kudos to GoDaddy for being a first class company!

Contacted GoDaddy for account services. The service agent (Joy) and her supervisor provided excellent support and assistance. They were polite, professional and resolved all issues. Doing business with GoDaddy over the years has been great and today's experience validates that even more.

Joy [not 100% certain of the spelling] was beyond doubt the most helpful Go Daddy support person I have had since I opened the account about 6 years ago. Joy solved 3 complicated problems that the other support staff were not able to. My problems were resolved in the most pleasant and efficient manner without making me feel inadequate. If I were hiring... this would be the type of employee I would wish to represent my business. I am impressed by efficiency but even more impressed by a kind gentle manner.

i was hit by 46% price increase in a month without any proper communication. Godaddy justified that prices changes are according to market values. Unprofessional.

Godaddy provides an easy to use interface to manage my web based products, domains and SSL certificates. I made an error today and purchased an SSL cert that I did not really need. Customer service resolved that for me quickly and conveniently.

The Godaddy representative was so confident to handle my issues in the most honest and professional way. Class act all round. Gopi was very polite and made sure all issues were resolved.

My experience with the guide was great. My experiences with GoDaddy increasing our price without clear notice was not. And then to provide positioning to your agents that it’s due to the Canadian dollar?!?

Godaddy is a holly s***. They buy all the domains themselves and try selling them at a very high price, whenever I see a GoDaddy ad, I always leave a bad wish for them. Such a creepy company!

I called in twice. The first time I spoke to a woman who was very hard to understand. She appeared to get aggravated with me because I had to ask her to repeat herself. She basically said to wait 24 hours and see if my problem fixed itself. It was the worst call I had ever had with Godaddy. The second call was with a man that was helpful but came up with a workaround to access my email from my mobile phone. Now I have to go to two different places to review my emails. Not the same Godaddy that I'm use to..

I had a billing issue that when i contacted Go Daddy support was dealt with promptly and with extreme kindness, no frustration, issue solved TY Go Daddy team!
