Very Shady business practices, they refused to refund $4,000.00 and lied about services available for email migration ex; migrating files and documents as part of the migration ( we had to do it ourselves), I provided 3 employees' names who promised services they did not deliver they do not have Outlook experience and can not troubleshoot anything without additional costs. Do not use outlook through them, go directly through outlook. They did not advise of the 7-day cancelation policy ( who can effectively know if an email migration works in 7 days ( very unreasonable), we switched directly to Microsoft Microsoft 365 Migration Disaster - OOPR-34249

Whenever I have any type of issue the GoDaddy support people are easy to reach and provide solutions to whatever problem I am having. I wish every company had the level of support that I receive from GoDaddy. They are excellent.

We had an emergency situation. I called the customer service number and spoke with Jason. He knew exactly what to do and get me over to the hosting team. I then worked with Payton for the next 15 to 20 minutes to resolve the issue. Both were very professional, friendly, helpful and efficient.
