Emelyn, Go Daddy's tech., was very patient in helping me start working on setting up my new website. She was able to solve my problem of why I had lost it previously. She was very professional and answered my questions.I have been a client of Go Daddy since 2015 for hosting and marketing and have been very pleased. I have had my business name, (Massage Back To Health. Com) website, and domain since 1994, hosted by another company. When I switched my domain to Go Daddy 9-9-2024, I was told that I could keep the current website and it would take about 2 weeks to change. Somehow, the domain was switched but the website pages were not switched.

I had issued with my email i tried to fix over the phone but no one would help me. i need to fix my email to recover it i need to change a number for the 2vs until today andres was able to help me. Thanks you Andres i would give you 10 gold stars

I needed to make a refund for a hosting product and had no difficulty making the request via phone call.

While the customer rep was resolving my account, i explained that i was first nation and that i didnt pay tax, he had no idea what i was talking about and kept evading the question, which resulted in my issue not been resolved.He also said to email him back with questions which i did and have not heard back after 2 emails.
