Company seems ok until it goes wrong. Customer service is quick to try and help, but if it’s a refund you are after who a product does not work for you or your business then don’t hold your breath!! I have been waiting for over a month (still waiting) & keep getting the runaround from different agents giving every excuse why the monies have not been given back!

The support received by Timothy from the nameserver and domain team was absolutely efficient in the way that he addressed our issues. The town's domain was down, the website was down, which caused a little grief and concern. However, Timothy utilized the proper resources in Godaddy.com to fully resolve these issues. Cannot say enough about the Godaddy.com teams and the service and support they provide...

absolute disgrace of a company. went online chat to try to sort my DNS settings because my domain was with somebody else. instead of helping me they were hounding me to try and sell me on one of their domains. i then called up to try and get help as it says 'we'll take you through this' and instead of even attempting to help me the adviser just said you need to go to your domain host

GoDaddy has superior customer service & trust levels compared to any use of Domain.com who are credit-card-grabbers & use deceptive online practices.

The tech Phillip was able to come up with the solution to my problem. I highly recommend Phillip. I also prefer the godaddy smart terminal to the clover I had previously.

Had a double billing due to two accounts. One account I thought I canceled, but the CSR was very helpful and canceled the old account and gave me a credit for the charge.

Every time I call with an issue, I am greeted warmly, and they help me resolve what I need to. I am not tech savvy and sometimes feel silly asking questions, but they are always so patient with me without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing. I know I have their support in problem solving.

Working with Regina at Dunnellon Sheds was the best. She helped us through the solutions to our needs and the process was quick. We have our shed within two weeks. The delivery was perfect! These folks are professional.

I have a two verification set up - frustrating when we have to be transfered to other departments to get this verified again. In the long run, the staff is very helpful. the wordpress staff is a little hard to get them to understand what needs to be changed - I think overall I am happy with the company
