I never write reviews on anything but GoDaddy is so egregious, please do not use them. I bought a website domain thinking it was an email domain. Hence I'm trying to refund and it's been 20 minutes waiting for their 'award-winning support team.' They estimated a 3 minute wait ???? I might just hang up and give up on the $33 I lost

I am extremely frustrated with GoDaddy. Their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and lacks professionalism. On top of that, their hosting plans are vague and don’t provide enough information to make an informed decision. I wasted so much time trying to figure things out on my own. SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE PLEASE!! Deceivers, a dangerous company with dishonest people! I signed a contract for $3,250 for them to handle my move. When they arrived at my house, the guy said the price was no longer the same because I supposedly had way more furniture to move.I told them, “I have exactly what’s listed in the inventory.” They then tried to charge me $8,600. I had to call the police because they loaded half of my furniture into the truck and told me, “We’re not giving anything back unless you pay.”When the police arrived, they reviewed the contract and noticed that they had tried to alter the document I had signed. The officers made them unload everything from the truck and return it to me. The police also advised me to take a photo of the document I had signed and said, “Take them to court and sue them!”They stole from me and didn’t return my $1,800 deposit. The $3,250 was all the money I had for the move. They completely ruined my moving plans, and now I’m desperate, with no money and no idea how I’m going to manage my move.DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY’S SCAM PLEASE!!

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. My email accounts all of a sudden weren't showing up in my mac mail. I've tried for almost a week now, no less than 7 "agents" with chat support, and still not working. Yesterday, I was disconnected from the chat conversation 4 times. Today, it's already been twice.

I've had a Godaddy website for about 15 years, and the company has gone from one that provides customer service to one that only cares about charging the customer. In the last month I've been on several "customer service" calls, and nothing has been solved - although I've spent hundreds of additional dollars. At this point I'm going to advertise for someone who will take all my websites, domains, and everything to another company. I give up. Completely different organization than when Bob Parsons owned it. Void of actual customer service. Oh, and look for the fake paid "reviews" online giving them five stars. Funny how they mimic actual customer's problems. Maybe stop paying for fake reviews and start solving actual customer service issues?

I have been using Godaddy since they started in business. We used to use Verio. My company has registered more that 200 websites with Godaddy. We are efficient in Wordpress. Godaddy has fantastic customer service and any problem we have had in the past a great customer service rep has always gone above and beyond to help.
