I have been having issues on the GoDaddy website for one month related to payment processor. In a period of one month, I lost about 30000 dollars and spoke with 20 over different representatives, they all agreed the outdated theme is causing the problem. No one could fix the problem, but they were quick to issue tickets that were not followed. On December 13, 2024. A representative called Laura answered the call and was able to replace the outdated theme in about ten minutes. Bottom line, GO DADDY hire very few trained representatives.

Customer service at GoDaddy is great. The product itself is confusing with conflicting outdated messages. Thankfully the agents can understand and explain what is working and what to ignore.
