Well during the year I been with this service every time I have questions or any issues I have being able to reach a human fast and easy, as more companies switch to AI it's a real headache to write a proper phrase to have the help you need with directions on how to solve it navigating their web, Human understand and get a fast idea on what you need even if your articulation is bad they able to understand what the person means, when I encounter a company that have human in the other side of the screen or phone to me it means they really care for their customer and they are making sure customer service is at it's peak
