What made my experience so great was the customer service rep, Alexie. She was understanding and patient with my lack of knowledge.

They were able to resolve my issue with billing. Thank you to Joe M, Kevin F & Rupert! We had been using godaddy since 2015. They added 'Fully Managed Support' renewal to our account without our authorization. It took a few weeks for them to resolve the issue. Hopefully the've now changed their billing system to accommodate anyone else using older service packages and servers. We use 3 other webhosts and have kept GoDaddy through all these years. Although they're higher in cost, their customer service is usually on point. I hope they keep it up.
