Using Godaddy can be a little frustrating if you’re not very tech savvy but customer service is AMAZING. Tessa at customer service walked me through what I needed to do and really helped me. Without her, I would not be using the service. My recommendation: if you’re confused, CALL THEM. It’s amazing they offer 24/7 customer service. Very helpful.

When I started with GoDaddy you got 1,000 emails on your domain for free. Then it went down to 100. Then it went down to 10. And now it's $100 for each email address, every year. I couldn't handle that anymore and I quit them.

With the rollover from the old software/system, to the new, there are things that a beginner as well as and intermediate could use in the form of a comprehensive tutorial walking the user through building a website. One thing I found was once on the new premium site builder, I found no log out button. I back doored it as best I could and got logged out, but there are things that need improvement.
