We have been using Godaddy for our email and office 365 services for aNumber of years and never had issues with it. We recently migrated our website and the process has been fairly smooth and stress free. Godaddy is highly recommended company.

Where to begin. They are an absolute confederacy of dunces. Call at 9 am, get an answer, that answer will change by 9:02 am. GUARANTEED. They hold data for ransom, tell blatant lies, DO NOT PROTECT their clients' data. I had a severe data breach, and all GoDaddy wanted was to send me to a paid tech support. Oh, and trying to LEAVE????? Pfft. That's when they think they've got you by the short n curlies. Even the Microsoft tech was astonished at how unprofessionally and unethically they handle their business.I CANNOT STRESS STRONGLY ENOUGH:DO!NOT!TRUST!YOUR BUSINESS!TO GO DADDY!I'm still cleaning up the mess. Purchasing and setting up the domain was easy. I am new into it and haven't explored my options yet but it looks as if there is marketing and all sorts of helpful tools to grow my business. I had one issue with creating the email but after a 45 minute wait and a 10 minute phone conversation it was resolved and I am all set up.

Their customer service is second to none. Always have a solution. I couldn't be happier!!!

GoDaddy is one of the worst companies I have ever interacted with. They sell products that no one needs by giving them obscure names and setting customers up on auto-renewals, and then make it very difficult and frustrating to cancel by making customers jump through unnecessary verifications with the sole purpose of keeping customers locked in (not secure). Buy your domain and other services from any other company than GoDaddy.

GoDaddy still has humans answering the phone. This is so welcomed In a world where the norm is: ”write us an email message and we’ll answer if we feel like it, whenever we feel like it.” Their reps are knowledgeable m, patient, and take time to help the customer. Such a pleasure.
