The representative (Stephanie) was professional, polite, and amazing. She was patient with me as this is the first time I am setting up Microsoft 365 for my business. She was not familiar with MAC and I truly appreciate her telling me that instead of giving me the run around. We worked through it together and it became a learning experience for the both of us. Great customer service.

James helped me through moving our 365 products from GoDaddy directly to Microsoft so that we can leverage a few of the options that are not available through the Godaddy portal. He was super attentive and communicated well. Although it basically means that Godaddy is losing that part of the business, he was very helpful and positive. Hats off to GoDaddy!!! I will use them as my registrar and all thing webite related moving forward.
