I called to have a domain I recently bought forwarded to a new page on my website. I had tried to forward it on the Go-Daddy account page, but it was not going through. I worked with Doug at Go Daddy, who was very helpful. He was able to forward the new domain to the new page on my website without much effort. I am very pleased with the help I received today. After a very poor experience with the GoDaddy online chat (2 different people) I was VERY happy with the assistance I received over the phone with Ameedheen, even when the line dropped I was called back. As someone who has many years experience in customer service, Ameedheen is great at his job!!!

Personal service that wanted the best for me. Did not push me into contracts or agreements that I was not ready for. However, I will upgrade my services shortly and know that I can trust that I will need the services and upgrades

I have not use Godaddy before, until i join the online business and this is my second encounter with GoDaddy. I do not understand most of the things and not good with internet stuff but the Staff makes it simple for me. Thank you.

My service rep was AWESOME during my meltdown. Calmed me down and we got to the bottom of the issue. She was AWESOME, i will always work with GoDaddy, their customer service is top tier.
