I've been with GoDaddy for nearly 6 years now (they provide my domain, email address & website) and every time I've called them or they've called me, they have managed to help me save money and streamline the services I use them for. They have called several times during my subscriptions with them to ask me if I am happy with the products, their services etc. and if there's anything else they could help me with. The website builder in particular is fantastic; I have no idea about building websites but when I look at mine compared to some others (for businesses in the same sector) I'm always amazed at how much more professional it looks. Today I called to ask about future payments for my current subscriptions and I was helped by Stephen. Stephen was really friendly, listened carefully to all my questions and was also incredibly patient when I had to put him on hold and call my bank halfway-through our phone call. Stephen helped to put a future subscription package together for me that is essentially going to save me 50% on the fees I would have paid over the next 10 years.I have always been very pleased with the service GoDaddy provides and absolutely recommend them.
