Yesterday, I purchased a 1-month web hosting plan and additional services from GoDaddy. However, my account was suspended without any explanation, and I was denied access. I requested a refund under their 15-day money-back guarantee, but so far, no resolution has been provided.I chose GoDaddy expecting reliable service, but this experience has been a major disappointment. They have fallen far short of my expectations in terms of customer satisfaction and transparency. I am still waiting for my refund and for this issue to be resolved.

Microsoft vs GoDaddyI had a frustrating problem with Microsoft trying to force use of its Authenticator program. Try as I might, I was not able to use Microsoft's protocol for downloading and using the app. John Anthony patiently worked through a series of troubleshooting steps and provisionally resolved the problem so I can use outlook's webmail feature to recover the use of email again. Very helpful service albeit the solution might be a bit limited.
