Waste of money! I paid £805 for an expert to build my website and wish I hadn’t, 12 days after sending all the images, all the text and chosen template. & after many phone calls and ticket raised I got through to someone who put the website live at last. Only for me to see that it has Website problemsNo SEONo LogoNo Brading coloursNo font choiceGallery pics not showing These are the basics!! I’ve been told you can’t speak to the people that build the website, I’ve had one chap that was rude to me, I’ve had the stress of trying to speak to people that don’t understand English terribly well. Just don’t waste your money, I popped on yesterday and at least added my logo, took about 2 mins to figure it.

The Godaddy Representative Cory did an amazing job! After calling several days and getting frustrated with auto attendant and a few representatives, I got through to Cory and the clouds parted! Very knowledgeable and he answered by problems within seconds!!!

Received a call from godaddy which showed up in my call display. They clearly displayed their gratitude of my long time use of their services, then explained I had too much service on my security settings and removed it for me, gave some solid advice which I will attend to shortly. He said to tell them that this was not his mother or high school buddies giving this review. Which is a true statement. Sounded like a good kid on the phone working hard.

I recently had a great experience with Godaddy thanks to one exceptional staff member - Ammaan Khan. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making my experience smooth and efficient. The features and benefits of Godaddy were clearly explained to me, and Ammaan helped resolve my issue. So refreshing to speak to a real human who listens, understands and doesn’t just parrot back a script at you. My feedback to Godaddy would be don’t let this one go! I've been with GoDaddy for many many years but enough is enough. And the settings are designed to confuse you and pay them to do it for you.Service reps are inconsistent, on rare occasions they're amazing, other times you get treated poorly. They wont help you install SSL certificate, and suggest you pay them £45 to do it. I've done most of the work but I just needed to know where my private keys are, which they would not tell me. They make it purposely hard to do anything yourself so you will pay support to do it for you. My reps were: Santhpale Swetha (they ended the chat after me not replying in 5 minutes but they didn't ask me a question, they gave me instructions) then had to wait 30 minutes for Tamara V. This was at 13:29, Aug 15 2024.
