Has an appointment scheduled and they canceled. Then they called to reschedule for later in the day get there and they tell me that they gave to cancel my appointment. Very unprofessional. Staff was very unprofessional. Then they agree to the appointment and don’t let me go back with my child.

The company is very service oriented. Through all of my interactions the Go daddy receiver at the other end tried to find out what the problems were and tried to get answers while I was still on the line. the one thing I don't like is when a contact is made, they never leave an e-mail address so you can follow - up. And after work is completed they take down the most recent email contact from the website. That is very discouraging when you have follow -up questions. You wind up having to go through the entire contact process all over again!

I never had any issue with the service. The Godaddy service is impeccable, everything is straight forward and can be up and running in no time.One time, like any software, there was a bugs that prevented me from canceling auto-renewal of a domain I didn't use anymore, so I reached out to the customer service phone number that is available 24/7, and not only my issue was solved in a blink of an eye, but also I got a refund for a service I mistakenly subscribed to but never used.
