Terrible service!!! Stay away, my money went from my bank account on the auto-renew payment method but my domain was not renewed. I have proof on my bank statements and confirmed with my bank that they received payment but are unwilling to check if there could be a technical glitch in their system. I have proof of payment good people!!!!!!!!!

The phone number a local number so even though I was speaking to somebody in Peru it was like she was next door. Unfortunately the problem could not be resolved immediately and somebody will be working on it so I have to wait but the overall experience was positive

I give it the lowest score offered. 1 would really be a huge improvement. This saga of corporate torment begins about 3 months ago. I scheduled several consultation appointments to get stood up. Finally I speak to a salesperson who sales me a website design package that included a recurring charge for a marketing service the salesman told me GoDaddy could not offer me for geographic reasons. He definitely never mentioned a recurring charge. He scheduled a design consultation for a week later. I got stood up. About a week late, I finally spoke with a designer, Lance, who was awesome. Asked about the marketing fee I discovered on my receipt, and he referred me to billing. Lance scheduled a follow up a few days later. I called billing and was told the problem was an easy fix. As soon as we hung up, I received an email informing that my entire packaged had been cancelled. I finally spoke to a manager who agreed to put my account back to the template service and refund my money. Alls good right? Not a chance. Now my GoDaddy portal is in Spanish despite my computer settings and Safari settings being English. This Spanish-only setting is affecting on my GoDaddy portal, and started after they "restored" it for me. I can not read Spanish. If GoDaddy's goal was to make me hate them, congratulations on a job well done. Addendum - I found a setting that had been changed on the website that was changed to Spanish.

Poor customer service. It takes multiple phone calls to resolve an issue. Worse, the customer service rep was not knowledgeable and the supervisor, Michelle, non challantly said, "I cannot help you". The website that was hosted by GoDaddy was down with no plausible explanation,'Buyer Beware this is not a company you would want to host your website.
