I don't know what happened to GoDaddy. I used to trust GoDaddy with infinite happiness. Now, you cannot downgrade or cancel a product without spending time and more money. Even if a product does not work, you cannot downgrade, cancel, OR get rid of it. And you can spend hours with someone on a different continent.
