GoDaddy did a great job. Sharlene called me back right away and understood the issue. My refund was handled right away. She was a very joyful person!

I've been using GoDaddy Website and Commerce to run my business for the past couple of years. I manage customer bookings, appointments, payments, website creation and editing, email marketing, communication with customers, etc. all from the same dashboard.I had one hiccup with a double charge on my account for the same product but after a call with their customer service it was all properly squared away. I had another question about sales tax today and Jordan on their customer service team got me up to date, made sure I knew where all the settings were, and walked me through the steps to get the results I needed on my website.These products allow me to run a successful small local business that gets clicks and traffic from around the globe.
