Go Daddy has handled my website for 14 years now and I am extremely satisfied

GoDaddy is always quick to resolve my issues. Most of the customer service I've received have been domestic and friendly.

My Godaddy account was hacked around 7/13/24. It took three weeks to convince Godaddy that my identity was authentic, so I could get into the account and remove the fraudulent users. Now 8/19/24 I tried to sign into my account and was told it was locked for fraud. No description of what fraud, or who was perpetrating it.Endless time on hold, endless beaurocracy, endless pain in the ass. I am beyond frustrated. When you do contact a person, they are for the most part polite, knowledgable, and want to help. But Godaddy's internal controls make it a many-step process because customer service people don't have sufficient authority to sort out problems like this one by themselves. I have been a Godaddy customer for 20 years, more or less, and all I want to do is get rid of them. I have wasted well over 50 hours dealing with Godaddy issues, including bringing their own external firm (Bask, Inc) in to try and help. It's a nightmare.

GoDaddy was able to resolve issues with my website and domains. Very easy to reach the team 24/7.

My customer service rep Jason, was very helpful in answering all my questions, and made sure I understood the process of switching a current website over to GoDaddy. Having GoDaddy as host on another website, I am very happy that I now get to switch the remaining two over to them.

Kevin was especially kind, helpful, and friendly as he helped me, a massage therapist who knows nothing about websites or domains. He made the transfer of my domain to be hosted by GoDaddy a very simple and stress-free process.

The gentleman that helped me was able to combine my 2 accounts and helped me update my new domain. He was very patient and kind in his communication. There was a bit of a wait on the phone but definitely worth the wait and situation got resolved quickly without much effort or stress

Mr Brandon had the patience and courteous in dealing with a non American born with a heavy accent, and took me thru all the technical glitches I was encountering until I got it right. Ty Brandon from Arizona.

what made my experience great was i actually spoke to a human being and not a robot, and was able to get thru on the phone quite quickly not a long wait. my problem affected my work so it was imperative to speak with a real person, i appreciate her bridget going above and beyond to help me

Brian was an English-speaking person and for this old guy it made it really easy to communicate. And he did a very very good job and took his time and explaining things to me and ultimately saved me a lot of money.

Issue: domain taken!I searched a domain year back, GoDaddy said it is taken and it is a premium domain! I can remember I tried two more domains, same thing happened. I strongly recommend the domain authority they should check their search algorithm. By this time I would recommend you all don't search with them. I think they scam clever way, that's why I am asking the authority to check their algorithm.
