Go Daddy is an absolute joke the problem is when I enter MY domain name (I purchased from you for $800. ) it comes up for sale for $1999. What gives you the right to sell my name?? I missed a $22.72 payment to you for what I don’t know? You don’t host my website, yet you interrupted it for $22.72? Ok it’s fraud but I can pay that, my site works again, for $1999, But they can’t sell my site , I own it, if I never use it, I still own it. You need to take my site out of your for sale bucket unless I ask you to sell.

i had previously spoken to two separate cust reps before speaking to Abdul Harith. the first call i was conveniently disconnected after being put on hold for a more "specialized"cust rep. i was on that call for a total of 26 mins and 47 secs. they took my number in the beginning. they never called me back when the phone was disconnected. i was so upset with the two previous cust reps for playing dumb and trying to up sell me on products that i already had. each time that i asked to speak to a supervisor, the second cust rep would put me on extended holds and come back and say there wasn't a supervisor available due to high call volume. i had been on the phone with the second cust rep for 54 mins and 29 secs with no resolution in sight. ugh!!! i have paid go daddy over 6k + for services. i deserve to be treated better than that. i called back a third time. When i gave Abdul my ticket number, he immediately went to work on helping me. he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. he kept me informed every step of the way. i was able to get 3 separate issues resolved in approximately 20-25 mins. i am definitely happy with this result with Abdul. this has renewed my faith in go daddy for now. i'm usually treated unprofessionally when i call go daddy for services after 5pm. this time it happened at 1130am. Abdul was excellent. i was really considering going to another company to do business.

I had a domain for 360 days and I wanted to cancel since we didn't use the domain anymore. However, I forgot to cancel the email service that was linked to the domain. After its renewal, I try to cancel it but the platform seems to be using dark patterns and "Something went wrong, please try again later" messages when I try to cancel.Horrible! The sales agent at the beginning of our relationship did a great job selling it to me. However, getting rid of them is a horrible experience. Will not recommend. Go to Hostinger instead!

I have used GoDaddy for almost 20 years and I am proud to say this. One of the most important reasons is simple, GoDaddy has by far the best customer service out of anyone company or corporation that I have ever dealt with. The man who helped me today was more patient than I can imagine myself being and not once did I feel rushed. The representative who helped me today was only able to already help my day feel better. One of the main reasons for this is not because my problems were solved technical problem were solved, but because he was willing to have a conversation with me. He is perhaps the best at this I've seen over the years and he should be highly valued as well. Thanks Chris.
