The service rep at GoDaddy was amazing! I'm a new small business owner and had a few questions, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. He answered my questions, even the ones I didn't know I should ask, and then helped me set up my domain and email. I'm so grateful for the time he spent with me, I never felt rushed in any way. Best customer service experience, kudos GoDaddy!

I had a disappointing experience with this provider. The products are overpriced, and the user interface is confusing and difficult to navigate. Every service comes with a charge, and I was even billed for additional services I never requested.In my case, I purchased a domain name, and without my clear consent, email services were added to my account. These emails were never activated or used, yet I was still charged for them. When I reached out to customer support, they were polite but ultimately unhelpful—refusing any refund or goodwill gesture.Considering the high prices, poor platform design, and lack of flexibility or understanding from support, I cannot recommend this company—especially when there are better, more transparent alternatives available.

They were able to figure out what was wrong and helped me to fix it. I was a bit confused by the directions but they stuck with me until I understood what they meant for me to do. However I wasn't prepared to be disconnected after clearing the cache and thought I was going to have to start all over again.

I have had a GoDaddy account for almost 10 years. In years past I was able to maneuver and function with minimal support. For some reason in the past 1-2 years that has changed. However, when I do have to call, it is seamless. The representatives address the problem straightaway, are willing to help, and know what they are doing. On my last call, Doug was just great! I am a physician starting my own practice and building the site on my own. He not only helped me in a professional way, but anticipated my needs, and of course tried to save me money. I HATE having to make calls for service/technical issues, but I was really impressed with Doug and how easy he made everything. Thank you!
