My customer service experiences were not believable. I simply wanted to know if I could change my domain name and the agent I spoke with didn’t understand me asking that multiple times before he deleted my domain. I kept having to repeat what I was asking and he still didn’t understand. It took over ten mins to get a response from him at times through chat. The chat took over an hour and another agent had to take over. He then said I was getting a refund and I would receive an email.I didn’t find out until I called the next day that I wouldn’t be receiving any refund. That agent said it is just $32 dollars and it is just gone, you can’t get it back. She continued to ramble and interrupt me the majority of the call and tried to say she wasn’t trying to cut me off but continued to do so.My interaction with this customer service was horrible.

I was changing website host using the guide of a technician to ensure I didn’t mess anything up. He told me to change the CNAME record first, after every change you have to enter a security code sent to your email. Once I changed where the CNAME was pointing my email stopped working because it was no longer positing to my host. So I couldn’t not get anymore codes to finish changing the records to get it to point where I needed it to. They are unwilling to help me in any way- they can’t change the a records, they can’t revert the CNAME back to where it was pointing previously, they can’t change my email to get the codes sent to another email. I’m locked out and my website is down as well as my emails and I’m losing money every hour. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Do not choose godaddy as your domain provider let alone anything else.

Heavenly Gates was great! We have a customer event coming up in a few days and our gate had fallen down. They were able to come out on very short notice and get us taken care of in a timely fashion. They finished everything promptly and while it was actively raining I might add. Extremely professional and courteous, if you have any issues with fencing, Heavenly Gates should definitely be your first call

I am glad Go Daddy still has an option to talk to a human representative to assist with answering and billing questions or plans. I had the most helpful support to date (including other major Companies) with a Go Daddy rep without the IP-voice delay of being connected to a rep located in a different hemisphere of the world. The Go Daddy rep knew the services very well was extremely helpful researching auto-renew plans that were for (2) of my cancelled domains (which were impossible to determine just from the billing application). I am so glad I was able to discontinue products that were no longer valid and will only have the products needed for my primary website (which has been wonderful for my business)!

The service rep was great. But i'm not happy with the new fee i am being charged for licensing agreements. I already paid $243 and now to get emails on my iphone i need to pay an additional $198 which only lasts 1 year, then i will have to pay either $700 or $500 for another year. I will be exploring icloud which is not to expensive thanks
