I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They failed to properly handle the transfer of my recently purchased premium domain, resulting in financial loss and frustration. Their lack of transparency and communication added to the problem. I would advise others to think twice before doing business with them.J'ai vécu une expérience très décevante avec cette entreprise. I was having trouble getting my new W11 computer to load my Go Daddy email and Win365. I called Tech support and spoke with Matt who was super helpful. He knows the Go Daddy website inside and out and was able to talk me through getting connected. He also was able to help me get my website activated and did so without ever losing his place despite my losing mine (over and over again).

The customer representative Brynt is not only very knowledgable, proffessional, but alsoextremely patient with me who is not good with computer. He spend hour and half helped me resolve problem with my work email.

Ten years ago, GoDaddy was a breeze. Am amateur could pop out a website in a short time. It's not that way anymore. The virtual assistant helps a little but not like one would hope for. I finally got to talk to a human being who was a great help and had me fixed and going in just minutes. Go, Colton!

Its a relief to actually deal with a company that doesn't have virtual or chat customer support. There are just too many things that virtual robots cant understand and chat support takes way too long.I truly appreciate the customer support experience.Plus they fixed the problem. ;)
