It was fast and easy. I requested a refund of a domain and the rep was very helpful and efficient and add a special touch to the car. My request was handled fast and I always choose Godaddy for my hosting opportunities.

I ordered a black 15.6” laptop sleeve and received a completely different product — brown and much too small. I contacted customer service multiple times via messages and emails, with very slow and inconsistent responses. They promised an exchange, then later said the item was out of stock. After finally choosing a replacement, I was told it would be shipped soon, but I never received anything.The follow-up was terrible, their promises were not kept, and the delays were unacceptable. This whole experience was frustrating and highly unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this store.

godaddy has a terrible customer support, doesn't respects domain registry policies and allows phishing and illegal activities. they ask for money to help you recover a domain that belongs to a trademark
