Both were extremely professional and effective in resolving the issue after an extremely negative and unacceptable experience with representative Abby (ID# 779).For the record, I was fully prepared to pursue legal action—specifically a small claims lawsuit—because for the last 2–3 years, I have been paying for premium support that I was not receiving, and I believed the company was essentially stealing from me. Abby not only failed to assist, but she threatened to issue a refund to my credit card without my consent, tried to force a $400 marketing charge, and ultimately hung up on me when I stated that I intended to escalate the matter to the company's CEO.Had it not been for John, Abby's behavior would have triggered a formal complaint all the way to executive leadership, along with considerable legal grief for the company.Thankfully, John used common sense and resolution experience to de-escalate the situation and resolve the issue professionally. Because of his intervention—and the help of Ophelia—I’m holding off for now and giving the company the benefit of the doubt, pending a management review of Abby’s conduct.This situation proves that sometimes, just one competent and reasonable person can make all the difference.Years long customer Freddy Howard
