The customer service agent Amili made the difference! She helped me with my initial issue (the reason for my call). During the course of the call I also discussed my concerns re: the escalating pricing of my products as I've wondered whether to look elsewhere on the market. The agent noted I've been a loyal GoDaddy customer since 2007 (!) and, understanding my business needs, brought me a deal that enticed me continue to stay on with GoDaddy, without me needing to think long about it. She was friendly, patient, fast, articulate, and helpful [that has not always been my experience w/ sales or technical support]. Because she was so knowledgeable, my husband (not yet a customer) also spoke to her for sales support and advice for his own emerging business. It was a very fruitful call and reinforced my commitment to GoDaddy.

Privacy Protection

I cancelled all my Go Daddy accounts in June 2024. I believe I had! On July 5th 2024 I was charged CAD 193.94, I called them and received terrible customer service, so I texted them on 1-647-955-7723, on July 6th 2024, the next day.I sent 3 further messages to them chasing this refund.It is now April 11, 2025, and they are saying that they won’t refund me. I have an extremely long message thread!

I have been dealing with GoDaddy longer than most people are alive and though sometimes due to imperfection, I get upset with them, my experience has always been positive and encouraging. I would recommend them to anyone because of the service and always being available to assist.

I have been a GoDaddy customer since 2017 and I've always liked them until now. Recently I have had some billing incidents with them overcharging my account. When I have called I have been hung up on twice by billing "guides" who only argued that all of the charges were justifiable. Trying to get in touch with a manager has been very frustrating. However, I am pretty tenacious and plan to continue until I actually talk with a manager. At that time the star rating could go up or down. I will adjust accordinly.
