I had the pleasure of working with a GoDaddy customer service representative, Kevin F., recently, and I am absolutely blown away by the level of care, expertise, and insight he provided. From the moment we started the conversation, it was clear that Kevin was not only knowledgeable but genuinely invested in helping my business succeed.He went above and beyond by walking me through the current changes to the platform, explaining how these updates would affect my website, and how I could leverage them to reach a wider and more diverse demographic in my community. I’ve had previous support calls where I felt like I was just getting a quick answer to my question, but Kevin took the time to really dig into my needs and provided strategic advice that I could immediately implement.He helped me understand how to optimize my site for better engagement and visibility, and even provided tips for targeting specific groups that I hadn't even considered before. The customer service agent Amili made the difference! She helped me with my initial issue (the reason for my call). During the course of the call I also discussed my concerns re: the escalating pricing of my products as I've wondered whether to look elsewhere on the market. The agent noted I've been a loyal GoDaddy customer since 2007 (!) and, understanding my business needs, brought me a deal that enticed me continue to stay on with GoDaddy, without me needing to think long about it. She was friendly, patient, fast, articulate, and helpful [that has not always been my experience w/ sales or technical support]. Because she was so knowledgeable, my husband (not yet a customer) also spoke to her for sales support and advice for his own emerging business. It was a very fruitful call and reinforced my commitment to GoDaddy.

I cancelled all my Go Daddy accounts in June 2024. I believe I had! On July 5th 2024 I was charged CAD 193.94, I called them and received terrible customer service, so I texted them on 1-647-955-7723, on July 6th 2024, the next day.I sent 3 further messages to them chasing this refund.It is now April 11, 2025, and they are saying that they won’t refund me. I have an extremely long message thread!

I just want to take a second and recognize customer service which when good, is openly ignored. I had an issue, I had an idea of the best remedy, and I was amazed at how positive and quick things moved. 5 stars, I will continue to support this business.

I have been dealing with GoDaddy longer than most people are alive and though sometimes due to imperfection, I get upset with them, my experience has always been positive and encouraging. I would recommend them to anyone because of the service and always being available to assist.

I have been a GoDaddy customer since 2017 and I've always liked them until now. Recently I have had some billing incidents with them overcharging my account. When I have called I have been hung up on twice by billing "guides" who only argued that all of the charges were justifiable. Trying to get in touch with a manager has been very frustrating. However, I am pretty tenacious and plan to continue until I actually talk with a manager. At that time the star rating could go up or down. I will adjust accordinly.
