I called to have my facebook account connected to my website and they said the only thing they can do is send a help page which I tried more than ten times or charge me $120 for some one to look at it . I am an IT person and just need questions answered and they do not care they just want more money. Do not ever use them because the tech support even for something like this is useless.

The tech support representative I dealt with was excellent. Overall, I use GoDaddy for almost everything. Their pricing and relentless upsell efforts are a little off-putting.

If you want to talk to nice people, call godaddy. If you want help building a website… find someone else. They are highly compartmentalized; very limited in their design capability; don’t communicate that to you. you will spend a lot of time on the phone, usually frustrated and maybe with some resolve. learn how to use their editor.. because in the end you will be doing most of your own work. their service is not expensive and you get what you pay for.

APPALLING. Advised they would transfer the website. Failed to do so. We lost everything. Zero assistance to retrieve. Zero accountability or follow-up consultation. Cost us thousands. In response to your reply to this review, the site was NOT DOWN at the time the customer service agent advised they would transfer the site. Further , if the customer service agent was having issues over such a significant task why didn't they advise the customer instead of dropping the ball and IMPACTING OUR BUSINESS NEGATIVELY. It's interesting GoDaddy have only shown interest in this matter when it has become public, impacting their business.

On April 1, I let Nicholas from Go Daddy try to upgrade some things on my account and all he did was make it 10 times worse since April 1 I have not been able to receive any messages from my clients mind you This is peak season for me so I lost out on thousands of dollars before he did any changes I was getting emails every single day to now not receiving any emails for more than one 3 weeks. I am so upset. I hope this never happens to anyone that’s trying to run a business through Go Daddy. I’m sure every single client that tried to message me has already found someone to take care of them which means I lost out 100% here. I am so upset I Let Nicholas take over my account and all he did was charge me more and now I haven’t received any email since April 1. I have lost out onso many thousands of dollars and all of my clients that have been trying to send me messages. Have found someone else I want a full 10 years of Go Daddy for free. This is ridiculous. I hope no one ever has to go through this. I am so frustrated. This is peak season for me and now I justlost out on thousands of dollars ??

The person was very professional but could not help me.I was up sell 4 domains i did not sign up for.It has been over 5 days i could not give me a refefund.I am handicapped and limited funds.it is a disgrace that you would take money from me and refund it. You are slick operators
