Normal practices when it comes to domains expired domains, is that a domain goes into exchange period between 31-72 days.At godaddy, after 7 days, they charge an exchange fee of 600dkk, this is utterly shady.So if you changed credit card, and your domain didn't get renewed they will charge you 600dkk ekstra to renew your domain because of "exchange fee"... the problem is, the domain is not even in exchange process yet... it does that in days 31-72.... so they basically just greedy.

Put me on hold for almost an hour, then tried to charge me extra for a "premium support team" that would help with my issue. The free support team refused to give me any information on my issue, and constantly redirected me to the "premium" upcharge. Absolutely abhorrent that I already pay almost $500 a year for webhosting and I somehow need to pay an additional cost to fix basic access issues, and to fix image links. Clearly GoDaddy does not care about their customers, and will bleed them dry for as long as possible.
