We've been using GoDaddy for over 5 years now. We have used other services in the past. Both of our GoDaddy websites are packed with social media, sales, and customer connection tools. We have only scratched the surface of their capabilities. GoDaddy continues to improve and add new products at no additional cost. We have built websites that work well for us, and by doing it ourselves we saved money and know how to make changes.

I've been with GoDaddy for probably10 or more years. They don't push or rush me into anything but give me advice and options. They are always willing and eager to help when I call or email them. I feel safe and feel supported with GoDaddy.

I do not even know what TrustPiolet is so I can not truly judge it.

My customer service communication with Luis R. will go down as one the best customer service interactions I have experienced in my long history of running a business. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. His ability to communicate complex topics in an easy to understand fashion, while demonstrating a willingness and ability to listen and understand my issues at hand should be the standard of all customer service/sales representatives. Though, the resolution of my issue did require the sale (on his part) and purchase of additional services for my domain hosting, nothing is free. The trouble lies in the sale of products that are either not needed or are overkill, recommended solely for the purpose of increased sales. To the contrary, Luis clearly identified the value of each available option, including their individual benefits, shortcomings, and costs, giving me the tools I needed to make the best decision for my scenario. I do not mind paying for something, so long as I get the best suitable product or service am purchasing. I am comfortable that the end product I maintain through GoDaddy is in fact the best package for my particular needs. Great job Luis. I can't thank you enough. My business will benefit from our discussions.
