I have been a customer with GoDaddy for 16 years, and I just signed on for another 3. Multiple domains and e-mail addresses. GoDaddy just received a 5-star rating from me, which it was not for the past few years. As with all high-tech companies the technology goes up and down. The people on the front end have do deal with the customers who are affected badly and keep us happy, especially long-term customers who expect it to go well all the time. GoDaddy has had issues, but as the saying goes, it’s what you do after you are knocked down that counts. I am so pleased to report my five stars, because I was afraid I would have to leave GoDaddy and I knew I would regret it. It seems GoDaddy has managed to get through the outsourcing of their call centres and raised the quality to what it used to be in the beginning, even with the technology getting so much more involved. Good to see it happen (phew!).

I was not reimbursed for being double billed for months that I had already paid for with my emails. I filed a formal complaint, not once but on 3 separate occasions and called in to have this resolved. Not one of the reps has resolved the issue and issued a credit on my account. I am absolutely FURIOUS given that I have spent thousands of dollars with godaddy over the years, including being a member of their 'discount domain club'. I would like a member of the team to reach out ASAP and assist with resolving this as the regular channels do not seem to be working.
