Our experience with GoDaddy has been nothing short of a nightmare—particularly their webmail services. For over two months, we've been plagued with constant "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" errors and email blocking issues for no valid reason. Despite multiple support tickets, we received no real solutions, only scripted replies and temporary workarounds that never addressed the root problem.Our business heavily depends on email communication, and GoDaddy's inability to ensure reliable, secure email delivery has severely damaged our operations. Important client emails were blocked or bounced, leading to lost opportunities, delayed deals, and broken trust with our partners.The worst part? There's zero accountability. GoDaddy failed to offer any protection, transparency, or urgency in resolving this issue. As a result, our company suffered in ways we never imagined.If you value your business and professional communication, stay far away from GoDaddy. Their webmail service is unreliable, outdated, and outright damaging to any serious company.

Nico is his work name by his regular name is Rhyme Arvin- went above and beyond with helping me on my security issue with my company outlook email. The phone call lasted a span of almost 2 hours, but once I was done he was able to explain to me what had happened, help me fixed it and put extra security precautions in place, and also saved me future headaches with assisting me with fixing multiple problems internally on my GoDaddy and outlook accounts. Issues that if I didn’t get thorough directions on how to fix: I would have missed them all due to my inbox on my Outlook email being down without my knowledge. If it wasn’t for him my electricity would’ve gotten shut off, my credit would’ve got dinged, I would’ve missed a payment on my student loans and a lot of other major problems I would’ve had a lot of other headaches for me personally and my company that for the next six months to a year minimum if he didn’t take the time out to go through this issue thoroughly for me, and figure out what happened so that we could both understand. Thank you Nico/Rhyme Arvin!! I wish I could talk to you every time I had to figure out something with Go Daddy/Outlook. You’re amazing man!!

Josh, the representative I deal with was outstanding, he was able to provide concise answers regarding my account and did not up sale. He did a great job explaining why I did need certain products and why I didn't other features to conduct my business ... I like that.John

Worst service I have ever used. I can't even get a response from the "Live Chat", its about 10 minutes between responses and after the first 30 minutes (with 3 whole responses) I got handed off to another representative and were continuing the 10 minute response time to simple phrases like, cancel my account and refund the card. Still haven't gotten the issue resolved after 2 hours.

Have been using Vallarta Blinds for over 10 years. Have used them in 4 condos. They are my "go to guys". Always on time, which is Very important. The quality and job installation is #1. Have recommended them and always got a great Thank you from the customers they serviced. My last purchase was installed today. Did not need to be there. They sent me a video of completed job.
