Great products and excellent customer service

Go Daddy is a tech company so obviously don’t care. Except my experience has always been great. Super nice people. Ready to help. Crazy! A tech company that wants to help.

Your representative was extremely patient with me and resolved my issue quickly and clearly. He was pleasant and we had a laugh.

HORRIBLE!For 2 years I have struggled with GoDaddy, and I got nowhere. My DNS (which THEY have set), keeps on changing and every-time i realise to late that I dont get emails, and losing so much business. Then they say they fixed it, and 2 weeks later the same issue again, and this happen all the time. Worse than this, I have to sit for hours with them on the phone, because either they dont understand English or the piece of paper they call "trouble-shooting scripts" doesnt have this issue, in other words they dont know how to help. For this reason they keep on diverting the conversation to something else. Then eventually, after another 30 min, I get through to a "Senior Specialist" but OMG, they are blaming me for changing the DNS, and this while I dont even know where it is stored. lastly, as mentioned in other post, they dont even know how to spell "Customer Service". Do your homework WELL before you decide to go with GoDaddy.

Si Kartikeyan was able to quickly diagnose the issue we were having witih Outlook and walked us through a process for solving the problem.

Been with GoDaddy quite a few years and while I have liked the service, their insistence upon obfuscating ads is becoming an annoyance. Such to the point of me having to call customer service when I cannot find how to make changes to a hosted website. Whilst the customer rep was great, the company needs to reduce its revenue potential on getting me to pay more than I already do!

The support person helped us with all of our needs and listened to our concerns. He addressed why we needed and made sure that we understood what programs would work for us.

I had an MS Outlook email access issue pop up last week. After several calls to GoDaddy and getting no where I tried one more time. The initial response was the same but the tech quickly pivoted and sought out a resolution that solved the problem for me. I was delighted and appreciated him thinking outside the box and seeking a resolution as opposed to pushing boiler plate answers.
