Call with Ken, from Go Daddy9-May-2025 @ 10h50 AMExcellent support I received today from Ken, who helped me complete the various renewals. Ken, not only was a good adviser, but an excellent communicator too. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He puts customer satisfaction as his main priority. I've never in my whole life spent over one hour on a support call TALKING TO A GENUINE, EXPERT PERSON, not listening to music and a menu of options repeating itself again and again. Well done!

I have been a customer of GoDaddy for many years. The company has gone through many changes in those years. It started out great, then degenerated in to the staff just trying to sell you something that was not needed, but made the representative a few more bucks. My experience with Enzo today has reinforced my faith that Go Daddy is now on a better path than they have been for the last 2-3 years.

I've had my domain for 10 years setup through GoDaddy's "free" wordpress option and have paid them thousands for domain hosting, protection and advanced security. I just discovered the theme used changed a year ago and GoDaddy's customer DIS-SERVICE department is holding me hostage saying firstly they don't have the expertise to help me - I must try contact WordPress which is impossible as I don't have an account with them. They also simultaneously admitted to having "experts" that I have to pay $160/month to fix the issue. What a money-making racket with no appreciation of loyalty or the thousands I've spent. My site has been down for a year with no warning/notification and they're not taking responsibility for the product they sold me. They should pay me $160/month for every month it's been down!!!! Avoid them at all costs.....
