GODADDY has gone to overseas call centers. Hard to understand. Over 30 minutes to get anyone on the phone for help. Hi JM. Your corporate word salad double speak should earn you an award. I did ask for a U S based phone helper. That help was good for 65 minutes on hold. That is the problem Your solutions don’t work. GoDaddy was a great Company 5 years ago. Something happened. Now, a very different, useless company. I predict they will not survive much longer.

go daddy is the worst company to hire, they rip off their customers and sell services they never bought. Afterwards, they evade any type of response and do not provide solutions in order to illegally keep the money.

I had no clue of what I was doing. He listened to what I was trying to do. He corrected my mistakes and walked me straight though the process. He took my stress away and I'm so grateful for customer service reps like him.

I have used other providers and by far Go Daddys customer service is superior. Other companies don’t offer support, they offer support pages and links and hope you can do it in your own. Anytime I have called or gotten support they have resolved my issue quickly and painlessly. I am not a website designer or marketing specialist so it’s important to me that I have resources available to me to help me when I need it.

Joshua Allen did the best Job of anyone I have worked with since the man who set up the new website with me .I have talk with many people at Godaddy over the years and he is the best. He knew how to not only take care of the problem but turned me from a very unhappy person to very happy person.

This is somehow on my phone and I can’t get it off. I never paid for it. I don’t want to use it and yet I can’t find it to delete. Every time is go to friscolakes.net go daddy comes up and I can’t do anything. I belong to a subdivision called frisco lakes. When I try to use their website I am somehow on your domaine and can’t go to the site.

I enjoy learning how this works, also with step by step guide is mainly important with the right person goes along way.

The live person was absolutely great. So that part if 5 stars. The AI "Chat" was slow, very slow, and didn't understand a lot. I would give it a 1 and probably looked for some other company if I had to rely on that. The live person was so good that he even sold me an additional product.
