I had a mess to clean up having missed expiration dates on several of my domains, and other account issues. He patiently and graciously helped rectify the situation, providing solutions with great customer service, and ensuring I had everything I needed with my portfolio!

GoDaddy are second only to Apple for world class customer problem solving. Always available to help with minimal waiting times. Well-trained support staff. Have moved most of my domains and web products over to GoDaddy. I'd move them all but the other services are terrible at helping me escape to GoDaddy.

Stay away from this company. The only reason why I kept my last domain with them is because they are keeping it in hostage. I'm trying to get it sorted from months and nothing happen. Now I can't buy the domain from other places as it's locked and I can't access my account. The UX is terrible, customer support useless and it's very expensive.

These reviews cannot be real. It is impossible to speak with an actual preson. I placed and order in error and contacted them via their preferred method, chat. I was assured that my refund was placed but being sceptical i took screen shots of the chat. I was told 5-7 days for the refund which is ridiculous. I waited for 7 days and contacted them again only to be told that i wouldnt get a refund because i contacted them too late ie 1 minute is too long! Customer service with this company is awful i have since been dealing with another domain company and they are great. Avoid Go Daddy
