Today a 102 USD purchase was taken from my Visa , i got a message thats a purchase for godaddy , i have no account there at all and i never hadseems like i got scammed or someone somehow got my Visa details , i spent 3 hours with GoDaddy support trying to solve it , they didnt agree to refund or even to block the card !!!!The funny thing that i kept explaining to the support that i have no account there , and they kept telling me to get a refund we need the validation code for the account who did purchase ,,, so may i should find the scammer and get the code from him hahahaha thats really crazy

I was getting frustrated trying to get my website up and running on Weebly and couldn't get it right. I called help from GoDaddy support and within 15 minutes or less it is going to be working, I have to wait for a period of time it takes to connect. Thank you for all your help!

On call or email, the reseller support team does not provide support. After sales, they never provide guidance and are not prepared to escalate your complaint. What is the reason for my call dropping under hosting or sales support every time? They won't forward your call to the reseller support department and won't arrange for a call back either. In the event that they provide such support, what is their method of providing support to our customers? It's waste of time and money. The time and money spent on it are not worth it.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a refund within the allowed timeframe and they sent me an automated message two weeks later basically saying read our guidelines with no link... How does it take this long for a large company to send out an automated message?!

i had a horrible experience. i have a severe gluten and dairy allergy. their menu said that their creole tacos were gluten free. when i asked the cashier what was in the tacos they didn’t tell me there was cheese or sour cream. informed the cashier of my allergies and still wound up with 3 tacos they were covered in cheese and sour cream and on a flour tortilla! extremely disappointed especially for the price… i was unable to eat the food and have to go to another vendor to get something i could eat. why advertise that things are gluten free when clearly their not?

Don't sign up for GoDaddy they give you price increases WAY above inflation I am now paying more than double 3 years ago. Abandon them for free email and software that isn't them/Microsoft gouging you.

They are horrible, after years of paying them for hosting my auto renewal did not go through and i was in a vacation did not see the warning and they did not just take my site down but deleted it ENTIRELY after 30 days. All the years of work in it is gone and i was resting assure they always had a backup in case in anything like they advertise so i didnt have hardback up and now i am left with notting!Never do business with them cos on top they are always unplugging things on your website and tell you to pay more and for assistance and etc, i found out if you stay in the phone with them for a 40min insisting to get this fixed cose they made the problem they will pretend to be good guys and fix it for free.This whole company is a scam and should be banned Update: after there poor answer how sorry but not sorry they are, Notting has changed so make sure you realize they are Notting but a scam and your work and valuable webpage and email is not safe with them

Terrible terrible customer service, they make you wait for hours and don't fix problems that they cause. They illegally charged my account without me knowing or signing anything. Auto Renewal set by them and each year it went up exponentially. Fraudulent American companies, they charge without your approval, everything's hidden. SCAM ALERT.

I had trouble getting Outlook to accept my GoDaddy email even though I was using the correct Microsoft 365 User name and password. The Technician walked me through additional steps directly on Microsoft 365 which resolved the issue. I have always found the Technicians at GoDaddy to be knowledgeable and patient in working to solve my questions/problems.
