I've been a UX designer / CPO and in 14 years of my career, I've not seen many worse websites with a non sensical information hierarchy.1. Their auto translate (defaulting to Spanish for me due to IP location) and had to switch to english every time I visited, as it would not default to english. that also took another week for customer support to figure out as to why it wouldn't save my language settings.2. then it auto translated the domain name I wanted to buy, and Godaddy didn't refund me despite having already bought the new english domain, proving it was a mistake.3. Then I built a website and wanted to connect a custom email with Microsoft 365 which i could only access on my phone but it wouldn't allow me to log in through web. I wasted another 2 weeks with technical support who eventually gave up as they could not resolve the issue. (This was after testing on 3 computers in different locations and multiple browsers with my log in details).Half the time I log in, something is crashing and I can't access certain pages. Moving domain to Wix and hope to have a better experienceA lot of time and money wasted basically. Worst UX in 14 years ...it hurts

After about 8 hours on the phone, most of it on hold (re 5/6 phone calls.) and after passing it to their 'experts' no solution was found. People can only book on my website up to 5 days before the event. One date and they cant change it!!! website expert lol. No one has called ever to apologise. I should include I tried everything, the a.i. is absolute rubbish. The people are nice but they cant allow me to talk to the experts or stop the phone call without losing connection and having to start again.I will NEVER use godaddy again.
