I called GoDaddy and worked with the customer service representative who worked very hard with me to get the upload size I needed under my current plan - no additional charge. Well done!

Terrible customer service. I was talking to four different people via WhatsApp. They kept disappearing, and I had to explain a problem again to each of them. I've been unable to use the product and asked for a refund, but they said no.

Customer service understood what the issue was and helped me. Even when the call dropped, they called back within a few minutes. Sometimes it's difficult to speak to Customer service when they are in another country or have a heavy accent, but both people I spoke to were very easy to understand, especially when I was already feeling frustrated.
