Godaddy offers me total support when I need it 24/7. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Their tech support team has offered me quality service for all my questions or needs to keep me up and running.

I recently had a CNAME issue, and Marvin from GoDaddy provided exceptional support. The GoDaddy site can be temperamental at times—I often have to work in incognito mode or repeatedly sign out and back in. For someone unfamiliar with these quirks, it can be frustrating. Marvin, however, was incredibly patient, respectful, and never condescending, which I greatly appreciated.Unfortunately, I've spoken to several GoDaddy representatives this week, and not all of them were as helpful as Marvin. He truly stands head and shoulders above the rest. Not only did he resolve my CNAME issue, but he also went above and beyond by helping me with a DKIM error that had been causing problems for over a year. Despite working with an IT person, my clients' emails were still going to spam. When I mentioned this to Marvin, he identified that my email was pointing to an incorrect DKIM and showed me how to fix it.Marvin's assistance has lifted months of stress off my shoulders, and I am incredibly grateful for his help. GoDaddy is lucky to have him—he’s an absolute gem, and I hope you recognize the value he brings to your team!

We, as a small business, were almost at our wits end with a website hacking situation. We were with another hosting service that was providing no help. Got in contact with GoDaddy and they took over and prioritzed our need to migrate over to them.
