GoDaddy is not a reliable source for e-commerce websites. They give you multiple payment options to accept payments for your store, however only PayPal or Stripe is available. They falsely advertise and inform you that your issue is being escalated by customer service and it’s not. I have had an issue with GoDaddy payments that was “escalated to high priority” for two weeks with no update on the issue. I was finally informed by a representative that there is no engineer working on weekends to resolve any technical issues. It is currently September 8,2024 and this issue has been in effect since 8/20/2024. I have lost a great deal of money due to GoDaddy’s negligence.

My issue being in regard to a product renewal. The billing did no go through the payment choice I had expected. In the wee hours of the morning I had discovered the issue. With a phone call to Go Daddy, I was able to reach a real person whom was able to walk through the situation and with the assistance of a supervisor we had a full resolve.
