Terrible support, only thing they do is try to upsell. Two of the major issues I have encountered with GoDaddy. First, they had wrongly setup the certificates related to my website (it was an already made template from them) leading to multiple false-positives I discovered in the virustotal site. Only after multiple calls, of extensive length and frustration, they admitted the problem and corrected. I am still chasing the different vendors to correct the false positives (you have to do it 1-1, I am now at 5/8). If you are business owner what this means, imagine a client trying to reach your website to find it blocked by say Norton with a sign 'Dont proceed, malicious site'. For B2B, that may be the end of your business. Proceed at your own risk.Second, they charge me 17.99 for the 'secure' version of Microsoft 365, and the agent just said to me that that would still be the price if I downgraded to the 'standard' version that Microsoft offers directly for 10.30. I am pretty sure this agent was as uninformed as the previous ones. Offcourse he offered me to upgrade - well done on upselling training GoDaddy. I hope there was a way to inform every business that wants to create their first site to stay clear of GoDaddy. If only I had the time to move away, I would do it with such pleasure.

The "you design" platform is great and easy to use, but if you need to go custom, which I did, that is a whole other ball of wax. My custom design which they told me would take a couple months actually took almost a year. They bounced me around to new people all the time and I would constantly have to educate the new person on the design. Many revisions there was a list of things to do and after they said they where done, we would have a meeting, just to find out they only did a couple of the items on the list. I can tell you this, if at my company we treated design work/customer this way, we would be fired. They are lucky I was very patient.
