My GoDaddy representative was patient answering all my questions and made me feel so comfortable as he helped me. He was truly interested in helping me bring my Ideas to fruition

DO NOT buy anything from Godaddy. This has been the worst online-experiance of my life.The customer support is so bad its out of this world. I have only been a customer for a few days and im hoping from the bottom of my heart that a refund is processed and my account deleted, i want nothing at all to do with this company.

They are available all the time - even on weekends. They will solve an issue or refer/transfer to another department for their expert help. They developed my website(complements all the time) nine yrs ago. I have their advanced security, domains secured, word press managed and SEO services. Periodically I use their website design team. They all have great people who answer the phone and email you progress being made. I recommend them all the time. Pauline
