At 9:30pm on a Saturday night, I discovered that a large number of important emails had disappeared. After a lot of Google research that had convinced me those emails could only be retrieved through a complex and too-technical (for me!) process, I contacted Go-Daddy. Fortunately, I ended up talking with Abigail! She was calm, patient with my questions, understood my concerns/anxiety and walked me through a retrieval process that was far more simple than I'd anticipated! Thank you to Go-Daddy for your usual excellent customer service and to Abigail for her rescue!

Being back with GoDaddy, it is better then before, it was great then and now its super. They went above and beyond with great customer service and understand the issue I was having. My customer rep fixed my issue and put me on the right track. Being a small business owner, a great tech team and customer support team makes things happen. Thank You so Much.

I have been a customer of Godaddy services for 2 decades. I am told that there are cheaper places to use. Also I know that there are cheaper steaks. I like the best steaks when I need to have STEAK! In particular, tonite I had a representative Nigel V. He handled my 45 minute call late at night in CA. Not only did he clear up my errors while launching my new site 'storybookranchstyle.com" but also added very clever ideas to help me. I learned that Mr. V was from Asia but his communications with me in English were top level. Both in messaging and style. On weekends he could be an English teacher in California! Besides getting me up and running, he also reviewed all my other products and cleared up some loose ends. It is refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and talk to a godaddy representative with the helpfulness of Niguel. If I were in a decision position at godaddy, I would put Niguel in charge of training the next account representatives. "Go Godaddy!"

The service representative Jesie was knowledgeable in ALL aspects of the go daddy platform. He went far and beyond to help resolve my issues, and in answering my questions. He even had helpful suggestions to better my knowledge in navigating the go daddy platform and with my email services.
