I have been a GoDaddy customer for many years. Today I had questions about adding an email to one of my domains. I went online got some info and still had questions. After the initial AI questions about the help I needed, William was on the phone in 30 seconds (A knowledgable person & a quick customer service response - how delightful!) William was a fabulous listener, answered my questions clearly and succinctly, and suggested a plan that would save me almost $200.00 over the next 3 years - a plan that was not on the website... I purchased the plan and in less than 15 minutes my new email was set up and now ready for me to use.

Go Daddy has great products, and their customer service is above the grade!

I have used GoDaddy for several years for web services as well as email. Their system is easy to use, customer service is readily available and always helps me resolve whatever issue I have. I am not tech savvy, but they are always patient with me.

Barry spent the time needed to be clear about what we are trying to accomplishmade. Then he made sure I uderstood the ramifications of my decisions. He was the 3rd person I spoke with this morning. In a perfect world all customer service representatives would have the desire and ethics to do the level of work that Barry provided.

Many people have accounts there that are frozen and all funds stolen. How do I get money back from the bitforte website?!.. who will punish them and those who further sell these fraudulent domains?!
