I am previously happy GoDaddy customer but I am unable to change the title tag for our domain, this is despite speaking to several different support staff over the last year - none of whom could resolve this basic issue. I made an official complaint one month ago but no one has replied AND I made a cry for help last month on Trustpilot - GoDaddy promised they would help me when they replied and then just disappeared. It is a very basic need for a business to be able to change a title tag - please someone from GoDaddy read this and contact me and solve the problem.

the meat was cold and fatty. the hush puppies, while being tasty very stingy with, only six. the "craft beer" did not taste good and it was warm. the only thing that was good was the vinegar-based cole slaw and the parking. oh, and the service time was good.

I made a mistake and deleted my account so I called on September 3 to get help. They said in 72 hours I would be up and running which did not happen. I had to make 4 phone calls to get help. The support department had asked me for an another email so I could reset my password. That department asked me for identification drivers license wasn’t good enough than sent passport. What really irritated me was when they asked for id for a fictitious email address. There is no person by that name then they made me send my husband’s information then after I sent my husband’s information then they say now take a selfie with your ID. It was getting very frustrating. It took me from September 3 to September. 17th to get the problem resolved I just didn’t understand why I had to go through the hoops of so much ID I had this account for over 20 years. Who else is going to use the name I’m buying the name. I am happy now I have my accounts all back and all my information.

They were very eager to help and took the time to make sure I understood what I needed to do to make the adjustments. They even looked at some other opportunities I had to make my website even better. It was great.
