I have $11 in my bank account because of retaliatory actions taken against me by crooked landlord that caused me to lose my job. I've been with Godaddy for 19 years. I asked them to give me 4 hours to restart my Outlook mail to get mail off for a $1.3 million case I have against the USDA in DC (evidence). They refused. Yesterday, I took a sign and begged for money at an intersection. This is the same company that cybersquatted on a domain stolen about 10 years ago by a crook who was trying to block me from starting a competing break/fix business. (Warrenton, Va) If they knew how to map Outlook online to Outlook client (a month ago without paying a 3rd party fee), and not leaving any mail behind, I would not be here now. I have $11 and they want $8.99 EACH for 2 mail accounts for 4 hours to finish up moving mails by hand (forwarding). Stay away from this company. They are not competent and they have ZERO respect for nearly 20 years of being a customer. It boggles the mind.

I very very rarely write bad reviews.But GoDaddy are utterly useless.I have been trying for over one week to get some help with a problem and literally have been either dropped on the chat or openly lied to.In addition, simple things like the Mail overview stopped working. Setting up a new email address crashed, transferring a domain failed and took over a week to sort.These guys used to be great, but they have totally lost it now.

18454452I have purchased the domain name NICOTINAMIDE.COMToday at around 18.00 pm in Istanbul time.Since it looked as if payment could not be processed, I tried both my credit cards several times & with apparent no success, then I called your call center & spoke to rep Mr. Atakan, he confirmed my payment & purchase along with several extra charges for the same domain & told me my domain is purchased, but a problem has been continuing regarding invoicing etc & all my extra charges will be returned to me.This is a serious problem on behalf of godaddy that will lead to serious consequences & I want my domain purchase confirmation along with the return of extra charges asap from your end.Regards,Tahsin Orcun Argun
