Having chatted to two agents over chat, I then had to phone godaddy to get any resolution.PLUS:Agent understood what I wanted, was as helpful as he could be and patient.MINUS:There were several minute gaps while he had to ask colleagues (lack of training?).Also an extra charge for a product that was included in my package, and could be repeated so I buy a multi year package with godaddy and then you introduce extra charges during the period when you take components of the package I paid for and charge me again for themSo a warning to anyone considering buying a package from godaddy that you may be charged again for components of the package you bought. Also I was quoted multiple prices from $24 per year to $24 per month for the functionality that was included.
